Aura and Growth provides learning,coaching and wellness services, including but not limited to Public Speaking Masterclasses, Wellness Retreats, New People Manager Coaching, and One-on-One Coaching services. You acknowledge that our services are for educational and coaching purposes and are not a substitute for therapy, psychological counselling, or medical treatment.

You agree not to use the Service to:

a)Violate any applicable laws or regulations in South Africa.

b)Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

c)Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

d)Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

All content provided by Aura and Growth,including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Our Service uses third-party providers,such as Paystack for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not liable for the actions or policies of these third parties.
