Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. General Policy

Aura and Growth is committed to client satisfaction.This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds, drafted in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions below.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility by Service

 

Service Type Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:



One-on-One Coaching Sessions / Packages

A full refund will be issued if a session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

 

Public Speaking Masterclasses

 

A full refund will be issued if cancelled more than 21 days before the classes.

Cancellations within 20 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person or another time-frame.

 

Wellness Retreats

Due to venue and logistical commitments, a tiered system applies: • >60 days before retreat: 50% refund.

<30 days before retreat: Non-refundable. You may allocate your spot to another person.

 

Digital Products (e.g., recorded masterclasses) All sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for:

 

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction unrelated to a material defect in the service.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session or event without prior cancellation.
  • Transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Paystack), which are non-refundable.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

 

To request a refund or cancel a booking,you must submit your request in writing to info@auraandgrowth.co.za

 

 Please include your full name, the service purchased, and the date of the scheduled session/event.

 

  1. Refund Processing

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Paystack.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • The amount refunded will be the price paid for the service, less any non-refundable third-party transaction fees.

 

  1. Our Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
